The 2007 - 2008 season's remaining scheduled Gallery events:

BAFFA will host a reception on Saturday, May 17th, 2008, from 4 to 6 pm at the Gillette House Gallery in Sayville
 for a show by the group Women Sharing Art inc.
The show will also be open on Sunday, May 18th from 12 to 4, Tuesday, May 20th from 6 to 10 pm (Full Moon Labyrinth Event) Friday May 23rd, from 6 to 8 pm Saturday and Sunday, May 24th and 25th from noon to 4 pm
and on Memorial Day, May 26th from 9 am to noon.

Ireland

The BAFFA Art Gallery has issued an open call for works of art for consideration in the exhibition "Images of Ireland". The exhibition will be held at the gallery on Satuday June 14 and Sunday June 15 in conjunction with Sayville's Salute to the Irish festivities scheduled at the Common Ground which is across the street from the BAFFA Art Gallery. Work for consideration must be delivered to the gallery from June 10 -12 from 10:00 to 1 PM. There is no charge to submit work for consideration. Artists may submit more than one work in either two or three dimensions, in any medium. However, all work must be original and must be in keeping with the Irish theme.

Pen Women

BAFFA will host a reception on Sunday, June 22nd, 2008, from 12-4pm at the Gillette House Gallery in Sayville
 for a show by The National League of American Pen Women, Suffolk Branch.
There will be a Poetry reading at 2:00 pm by Pen Women members Charlotte Caprino, Leni Friedland, Noreen McDonald,
Lois Walker and Emma Black followed by a discussion of art works by Pen Women  Joan Lengyel, Kathy Wayman, Rhoda Gorden, Leni Freidland and Emma Black.
The show will open Saturday, June 21st and will also be open on Saturday, June 28th and Sunday, June 29th from 12-4pm.

The Bell Street Artists will be featured at the Gillette House Gallery in Sayville on Saturdays and Sundays in November, 2008.

There is no charge, but donations are always accepted.
